DIY Butterick Pattern B5886

To all my Curvaceous Women,

Welcome aboard to the first of what will be many blogs to come.

Ok, so I was trying to figure out what to wear/buy to my daughter's high school graduation and I couldn't find a darn thing that wouldn't make me look old. I decided to look for a pattern to make my own garment and I did just that, the Butterick B5886 view B.

I'm very new to sewing and with having taken only 2 sewing classes, I knew this would be challenging. Yeah, you can say I'm learning as I go, which is the amazing thing.

I had an incredible time making this dress and the end results was amazing.
